Direct implant milling is possible in Mayka. Thanks to our library of connection that you can integrate to your scanner we will get modeling information for production.
Mayka integrate a second Library of CAD file with high resolution. Mayka will then replace the implant Library from scanner with poor quality from STL file with STEP CAD drawing made in SolidWorks.
Every connection from our Library has it own toolpath witch has been tested in Picasoft. We milled connection in titanium or Chrome Cobalt and test with original implant before release Toolpath.
Each connection allows you to apply 4 adjustment to compensate tool geting old with reduced dimentions. With our parameters you have the waranty to adjust to the best fiting quality.
